WhatsApp is great for chatting, so keep your batch groups. But can it tell you, right now, who hasn't paid this month? Is it really free?
Yes. Founding academies and coaches use BatchHive free during early access. You don't need a card to sign up, so nothing can be auto-charged.
If parents pay you online by UPI or card, standard payment-gateway charges may apply to those payments.
Do parents need to download an app?
No. Parents use links in their phone browser: your student intake link (no sign-up needed), your public page to book a free trial, and your enroll link. Reminders reach them on WhatsApp. There's also a student portal for schedules, fee status and bookings if they want it, but it's optional.
We already use Playo / UrbanPro. Why add this?
Keep them. Playo is great for court bookings, and listing sites like UrbanPro help parents find you. BatchHive runs what happens after a student joins: batches, attendance and monthly fees. It also gives you your own page where parents book trials with you directly. Put your BatchHive link in your Instagram bio and WhatsApp Status. They work side by side.
What happens after the free period?
We'll be upfront: BatchHive will introduce paid plans, and we'll share pricing before your early access ends. Founding members get preferred pricing for at least 12 months. There's no card on file and no auto-charge, so you decide then whether to continue.
I'm a solo coach with one batch. Is this for me?
Yes. Solo coaches are exactly who this is for. One batch of 8 kids is enough to save you the monthly fee chase, and you get your own page where parents can book a trial.
